We have a 2-year replacement policy, which means you have 2-year replacement service for quality issues.
To be eligible for a replacement, you need to provide pictures/videos for us to check. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returns Replacement
Once we have reviewed the evidence you provided, we will notify you and let you know if your replacement request has been approved.
