GLOBAL RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
*Cancellation
All orders can be canceled before delivery. Depending on your region, you can cancel via the self-service button in your account order page, or by contacting our customer service immediately at support@sulomall.com.
【• Please note: We cannot cancel or intercept the shipment while it is in international transit. Return requests can only be processed after the package has been successfully delivered and signed for.
• Customization Exception: Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom engraved items or custom watch dials) cannot be returned or refunded.】
* Returns Policy
Shipping, taxes, and related costs etc. are paid by the customer.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Items sent back to us without requesting returning will not be accepted.
* How to start a return?
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Email:support@sulomall.com with your order details + product photos/videos.
• Once approved, we will send you the correct warehouse address.
* Refund Processing
Refund processed by SULOMALL within 10 business days after we confirm resale condition.
* Product Quality Issues Warranty
If there’s any product quality issue within 30 days, we offer:
• Free return:The refunds would be arranged within 10days after we received.
• Exchanges:The new product would be arranged within 5days after we received your package.
