Replacement

We have a 2-year replacement policy, which means you have 2 years of replacement service for quality issues.

To qualify for a replacement, you need to provide pictures/videos for us to check. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at sulomall@sjbwatch.com.

If your replacement is accepted, you will need to provide your shipping address and phone number again.

Once we review the evidence you provide, we will notify you and let you know if your replacement request has been approved. If approved, you will receive a new order tracking within 5-7 business days.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your replacement, please contact us at sulomall@sjbwatch.com.

Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that some products have restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider you select, a shipping date estimate may appear on the shipping quote page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights are rounded up to the next whole pound.
